We learn Aikido safely and have fun doing it. We learn technique from the “ground up” – so you are never forced beyond your skill level but get to ramp up naturally to the next level. We respect each others’ abilities, regardless of where we are ourselves, and work with each other to perfect the technique. I feel very confident that I could defend myself with what I’ve learned, because I’ve learned the right way and in a safe and supportive environment.
